Which payment methods do you offer?

We use Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay and PayPal. If you have a problem with payment, please first try to use another payment method and try to order again. For any other problems, contact us at hello@zotea.co.uk we are more than happy to help.

Where do I enter my discount code?

In the last stage of checkout, after entering all your payment details enter your discount code in the discount code box and press continue. If your code is not applicable, please check the spelling of the code and conditions. Sign up to our newsletter to receive latest news and discounts.

How much will my order cost to post?

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, if possible same day. We know you want to receive your tea as soon as possible. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail standard tracked shipping 2-3 days. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we deliver worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over £50.

Our International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

I’ve placed an order, where’s my confirmation email?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email in addition to a shipping confirmation once we have posted your tea. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder as it may have been filtered into there. After checking your junk mail folder, you still can’t locate your email confirmation, please contact - hello@zotea.co.uk and we will check that we have definitely received your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after the order has been placed?

Can I get a refund?

You can return your tea if it is still unopened and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the product has been opened or the incorrect address was given when ordered.
