Iced Tea - Brewing method

Refreshing simple iced tea for long hot summer days!

Single Serve

Add freshly boiled water into a cup or mason jar
Pop in 2 tea sacs of your preferred loose leaf tea
Brew for 5-10 minutes, then remove the tea sacs
Top with fresh fruit/herbs and place into the fridge until chilled or leave to infuse overnight
Pour over ice and enjoy!

Note:

For brewing iced tea, double the amount of loose leaf tea you use per cup of water, this is because once you're done steeping the tea you are going to add ice.

Serves Four

Add freshly boiled hot water into a pitcher/jug
Pop in 8 tea sacs of your preferred loose leaf tea
Brew for 5-10 minutes, then remove the tea sacs
Top with fresh fruit/herbs and place into the fridge until chilled or leave to infuse overnight
Pour over ice and enjoy!

Note:

If desired, add organic honey to sweeten.
